			First Baptist church of Knoxville - Surrounded by public buildings and towers, just up the hill from the river and not far from the University of Tennessee is the First Baptist church of Knoxville. The Sanctuary Building has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. When built in 1923, the church cost $600,000. Today this beautiful building could not be duplicated for many times that amount. Located at 510 W.
